Our school community recognises the importance of, and has a responsibility for, ensuring our school is a safe, supportive and enriching environment which respects and fosters the dignity and self-esteem of its students and enables them to thrive in their learning and development.

In addition the school has more detailed, documented strategies/procedures for responding to suspected child abuse and for responding to other concerns about the wellbeing of a child. We note that fulfilling the roles and responsibilities contained in our strategies and procedures does not displace or discharge any other obligations that arise if a person reasonably believes that a child is at risk of child abuse.
